fancy the perfect base for your unforgettable vacation in one of the hippest, yet most laid-back neighbourhoods in central berlin?
we will be leaving town from july 21st to august 14th and would love to sublet our cute 65 sqm (700 sqft) flat to you for that period!
nestled in the loveliest part of kreuzberg and surrounded by lush greenery, it is located just next to a nice park (viktoriapark). famous bergmannstrasse is just 5 minutes from here and it's a 10-minute walk to the nearest subway stations (mehringdamm + yorckstrasse + hallesches tor (u6+u7) and just 1 minute to several bus stops, allowing you to access all of berlin's most en vogue destinations in a few minutes.
the flat is on the 3rd floor and includes 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 sitting/dining room with a sofa-bed, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom. situated in of berlin's typical pre-war buildings, is very bright and peaceful and has wooden floors, high ceilings and stucco.
high speed WiFi-access, electricity and hot water included, bathroom with shower/bath, the fully equipped kitchen features a fridge, a cooker/oven, a washing machine and an espresso machine.
the flat is perfect for a couple, a small family or 3 friends travelling together. we would like to rent it for the whole period (23 nights/700€). if you wish to stay less longer, please let us know (2 weeks minimum stay/630€).
